George IV fell in love with Brighton, and the city has been a magnet for visitors in search of fun and fresh sea air! Explore the Regency squares, admire the iconic Royal Pavilion or take a stroll along the famous pier.
From Brighton, we continue on and visit medieval Lewes. Nestled amongst the South Downs, old English churches and a maze of tiny alleyways offer a true glimpse into the bygone story of Lewes.
Relax in Eastbourne and explore at leisure. Enjoy the fresh, crisp air, award-winning sandy beaches and Victorian pier.
Or, why not join our optional excursion to Alfriston? Located on the banks of the Cuckmere River, there is a lot to admire in this village, from the medieval narrow high street to the Clergy House and imposing St Andrew's Church.
We will also pass awe-inspiring Beachy Head – the highest chalk cliffs in Britain.

Excursion visiting ancient Hastings, where the popular seaside attractions along the glorious seafront sit alongside the fascinating history of this wonderful town. Lying beneath the ruins of the castle that has cast a watchful eye over the town for almost 1,000 years, there's so much to explore here.
We continue to call at Rye, once a medieval citadel and now home to a myriad of art, curiosities and cosy pubs.
